(Live Virtual Workshop) Sparking Curiosity and Wonder with Open-Ended Materials (April 8th, 2025, 6:30-8:30pm EST)
We will use the “100 languages” as inspiration as we explore the use of loose parts in our early childhood learning environments. During this session, we will learn how to use open-ended materials to support problem-solving, flexible thinking, language development, and mathematical and scientific thinking. We will also examine the connection between loose-part play and social-emotional learning.

Workshops are taught in a live virtual format in eastern standard time and ARE NOT recorded. A workshop beginning at 6:30pm EST would be12:30pm (HST), 2:30pm (AKDT), 3:30pm (PST/Arizona MST), 4:30pm (MST) and 5:30pm (CST) .
I must type my name into the Zoom Chat upon entering the workshop session. I will not be marked as attending if my name is not typed into the Zoom chat. I understand that there are no exceptions to this policy.
