I have taken quite a few of Ms. Becker’s online workshops and found them to be a very valuable training tool for me. Not only have I learned new things from these workshops, such as how a child’s brain develops, these trainings also help remind me of the core values of early childhood education. “Are you getting sick of the same trainings to choose from over and over or having someone speak AT you for 2 hours?!  Well, so was I!!  Thankfully I heard about Transforming ECE from a colleague and after looking at the list of classes, I decided to sign up for one.  Needless to say I was not disappointed and that one class has led to many!  It is evident that Carrie takes great care when creating her classes and provides research based information in an entertaining and engaging way.  Her passion and encouragement to spread this knowledge to other providers and parents is contagious and I always feel rejuvenated and armed with new tools to implement in my program, making me a better teacher.

Carrie’s virtual trainings have been a godsend to me. I tried the first one out of curiosity and because I could afford it. I took at least 12 more because I find them so valuable. “I have done childcare for over 25 years, and have been thru many many workshops/trainings.

Of all of them, over the numerous years, I have to say, I find Carrie's workshops the absolute BEST! I am a person who doesn't like taking workshops/trainings, just to take them, I like to take them and actually walk away with ideas, and I can honestly say, I have gotten soo much at every single workshop/training from Carrie. I have implemented MANY of her ideas, suggestions, in my daycare. I have posted messages, quotes on my entrance wall from her (like "don't do for children, what they can do for themselves", and "children who learn to self regulate, are more successful in life" etc). I discuss ideas with the parents on numerous occasions., and I have loosened up ALOT since taking her trainings. I believe in children learn through play, and I observe them as they play and offer suggestions to the children of how to work out issues, problem solving, how to communicate with each other in a kind, loving and respectful manner.

Carrie's trainings are 100% the best and I actually look forward to them. I also love the Zoom option, as I am exhausted at the end of my day (I get up at 4am). I love that my certificate is emailed to me, and BFIS and all the references to her trainings are sent to us in such a timely manner. She, in my book, is a rockstar!!! I greatly appreciate all she does, and she's always very professional, pleasant, informative and very helpful.
