Workshop Description: I always wonder who was the first person to design our classroom schedules in those unreasonable fifteen-minute increments. Why do we need to transition so often during the day to follow a schedule that doesn't meet the needs of the children in our care? This session will discuss creating a daily flow with consistent routines that follow the children's lead (needs).This workshop takes place in Eastern Standard Time)
